What I wore yesterday:
Melissa shoes perfect for the rainy day. Taylor&Company floral dress for the girly me. Nike black jacket for the super cold weather. Anne Klein versatile bag – It can look corporate-ish with its short handle and it can transform to a casual bag when worn with its longs strap. And my favorite, my red rosary bracelet with a red rose as its highlight pendant.
What I wore on one Friday that we were allowed to wear jeans in the office:
Baby blue wedge from payless. Herbench jeans. For Me blouse. Borrowed cardigan from my sister. Charles and Keith bag. I’m also wearing my blue rosary bracelet. I’ve blogged about it here.
I’m not a fan of jeans. Just saying.
Spending my Sick Leave (I am sick for real) with these adorable kids. They might look in harmony here but it only took a while before they all rambled again. :D
Euan, Gavin, Hailey and Zabria
I noticed that my posts recently are all about my family. Well, my world revolves around them and work so I would rather boast about them than work.
If life is a twitter, I would always hashtag it with #happyeveryday everyday because of them.
Anyway, since it’s Valentine’s day, I heard Pops is dating my sisters and I for dinner later. Tee hee!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEST PAPA IN THE WORLD! I can’t believe Pops is 50 already. I’m very thankful he still has his strength and good looks. ;)
The surprise birthday bash was such a success and Pops loved it. He said his sincerest thank you to my sister who organized the whole party and I insisted him to thank me too since I funded the party. :D
We wanted it to be a huge birthday party since it is Pops’ golden year but due to our very low budget we decided to held it at home instead. The people closest to Pops were all there anyway and its what matters the most. Mom and my second sister were on Skype since they’re both in SG. Haha.
With my cousins and Lola (Mom’s mother)
Tito Den (Pops’ brother), James, Tita Beck (Tito Den’s wife), Pops, Joshua, Me, Ate Carla (Pops’ cousin), Bea, Gavin, Ate Guia, Euan and Chinee.
The special guests for the night were Pops’ ex-colleagues. He worked in PLDT for 20 years and he took an early retirement 10 years ago.
Lord, please give Pops more and more birthdays! Thank You.
